Return Policy
If you are going to request a return, please refer to the following points:
We offer a 30-day return policy, which allows you to return your item within 30 days of receipt. If the return is not due to a product defect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact us at support@outpeak.vip before proceeding with any returns.
Applicable Circumstances for Returns and Refunds
All returns must be authorized by Customer Service. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the product is in good condition and that ALL accessories are returned with the packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
l If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the express company you choose.
l If the return is due to our reasons, such as the goods being damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your final reimbursement.
l Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will only receive partial refunds.
Steps for Suspected Product Quality Problems or Transportation Damage:
l Step 1: Contact us at your earliest convenience to send a video of the issue.
l Step 2: After confirming that the issue is due to a functional problem, we will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
Measures to Return Goods for a Refund
To start a return, please contact us at support@outpeak.vip. Include your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the product you are returning. We will confirm the required information within 2 business days. Please note that returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package via email. You can choose any logistics provider to send the items to us. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please ensure you contact us to confirm the return address and method before sending the item.
How Long It Takes to Receive a Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at support@outpeak.vip.
Costs Incurred for Return and Exchange
We do not charge a handling fee for returns or exchanges. If the return is caused by product problems, we will bear the return postage required.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
OutPeak Warranty Information
At OutPeak, we are committed to the quality and durability of our products. We offer a 3-year warranty that ensures your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. Should you encounter any issues within this period, please contact us at support@outpeak.vip to initiate the warranty claim process. Our team will work with you to determine the best solution, which may include sending a replacement part or a new product.
To ensure your warranty claim is accepted, please note that all of the following conditions must be met:
· You must be the original purchaser of the product.
· The product must have been purchased directly from OutPeak or an authorized OutPeak retailer.
· You must provide the original sales receipt as proof of purchase.
· The product must have been used as intended and in accordance with the provided care and usage instructions.
Please note that our warranty does not cover the following:
· Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper care.
· Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized personnel.
· Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage.
· Damage caused by operating the product with incorrect voltage or current.
· Failure to follow the provided cleaning instructions or any other safeguards listed in the product’s instructions.
